Student Intern - Employer Relations at Gateway Career Center

The Employer Relations Intern reports to the Recruiting Assistant, but will also support the entire Employer Relations team. This role will support the coordination of recruitment activities and reporting for the Gateway Career Center.
 
Responsibilities may include:
●      Compiling information and analytics for recruiting activity reporting.
●      Occasionally attend information sessions hosted by employers, and assist with event planning details for those sessions
●      Assisting with job postings to Handshake.
●      Assisting with additional marketing of Employer Relations opportunities and events online and around campus.
●      Assisting with special projects as time allows.
●      Conducting research using LinkedIn for alumni speakers to be invited to panels, sessions, and other programs
●      Providing student perspective to Employer Relations team regarding programming opportunities
 
Ideal candidate must be reliable, responsible and have the ability to work independently. The intern must be receptive and responsive to feedback, and be able to complete projects/tasks in a timely manner.
 
This position requires a minimum of 3.5 hours per week, not to exceed a maximum of 8 hours per week.  This is an on-site position at Hogg Hall; the student intern will report to the Gateway Career Center during the scheduled shift.
 
  
Qualifications:
●      Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite and data entry
●      Strong communication skills
●      Exceptional attention to detail 
●      Ability to prioritize and organize information
●      Level of maturity to handle confidential information
●      Outstanding time management skills
●      Data analysis and reporting skills a plus
