Job Description:
Lafayette College’s Communications division is looking for student workers to generate student-focused social media ideas to engage campus peers and create content for the College’s social media channels.
Looking for student(s) to stay informed and up-to-date on social media opportunities on
campus. Willingness to participate as a subject in photos and/or video for content creation
purposes. Eagerness to create ;takeover' type video(s).
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of social media channels, especially Instagram and Instagram Reels. Familiarity with photography, videography, and/or design. Collaborative thinker with a potential interest in marketing.
Hours per week: Dependent on assignments
Required work schedule: No required hours, however, student(s) must be willing to attend
College events as needed.
This is a paid position. Some of the job will need to be done on campus (ie. filming, taking photos, etc.) but the editing and/or behind the scenes work can be done remotely by the student.
