Student Assistant – 2024 Reunion Weekend at Lafayette College

The Office of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving are seeking motivated and engaging students to assist during Reunion 2024!

Join us on campus as hundreds of alumni return to campus from the Class of 2023, to the Class of 1974 and prior - it is sure to be a memorable weekend for all. This position is a unique opportunity that gives current students the opportunity to meet and connect with alumni from all generations at Lafayette College.

Roles and Responsibilities will include:
-Welcoming alumni and assisting during check-in
-Engaging and mingling with alumni throughout the weekend at events
- Assisting professional staff in managing events throughout the weekend (Organizing alumni for class photos, ushering alumni from one event to another, serving as campus tour guides, greeting alumni at events, etc.)
-Assisting in transporting supplies, decor, etc. from one event to another

On-campus housing will be provided for all students accepted for this role from Thursday, May 30 - Sunday, June 2.
